    No! As per NYS liquor laws, we’re not allowed to provide you any of the alcohol. All of the booze must be purchased by you. 

    We make the process as easy as possible for you by providing you with a shopping list after we’ve consulted on your menu.


    We get it — not exactly what you were hoping for.

    But here’s the upside:
    You buy the alcohol yourself, which means no inflated venue prices or 20–25% markups. You’re fully in control of your drink budget.

    Even better?
    All the alcohol — opened or not — is yours at the end of the event. Buy from a store that accepts returns, and you can return any unopened bottles afterward. Win-win!

    Yes. We’re fully insured with general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance.

    We would need to be parked within ~100 feet of an outlet so that we have lighting inside of the mobile bar if your event is at night or you request a frozen cocktail. If outlets are not available, we can help with the logistics of renting a generator.


    Gratuity isn’t included in our base pricing, but it is added to your invoice before final payment. You also decide whether or not to have a tip jar on the bar—it’s completely up to you!


    Here’s a step-by-step look at what to expect:

    1. Make an inquiry

     We will send you our brochure for you to peruse.

    2. Get a Quote
    Choose your ideal bar package from our brochure and share a few event details with us. We’ll send you a personalized quote.

    3. Book Your Date
    To reserve your date, we collect a 50% deposit and have you sign a contract. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

    4. Plan Your Menu
    You’ll select your cocktail menu from our wide list of delicious options. We’ll then send you a custom alcohol shopping list and finalize all the details.

    5. Stay in Touch
    Have questions or updates? Reach out anytime—we’re here to make sure everything runs smoothly.

    6. Event Day
    We arrive 1-2 hours before your event starts. You show us where the alcohol is, and then you can relax! We handle the entire bar setup, service, and cleanup—no stress, no hassle.
